The variety is classified as leaf lettuce. It possesses genetic resistance to downy mildew (Bremia lactucae) races Bl: 29–41EU, as well as resistance to lettuce mosaic virus (LMV: 1), lettuce aphid (Nr: 0), and tomato bushy stunt virus (TBSV).
