Passion blanche à graine noire is an old French landrace of the butterhead type. The variety is characterized by early maturity, ranging from 45 to 50 days, and is prone to rapidly forming fairly large dense heads.
The plant has a buttery leaf texture with a mild and sweet taste. The variety is noted for its hardiness and adaptability to various growing conditions, and also possesses resistance to rust. Suitable for cultivation both in the open field and under covers.
