The Planet variety belongs to the Iceberg type and forms a voluminous head with a rounded base and a small collar. The plant leaves have a bright medium-green color and a semi-blistered structure.
The plant possesses high resistance to downy mildew (Bremia lactucae) races BI: 16–20, 22–25, 27–35, as well as good adaptability to various soil and climatic conditions. It is intended for commercial production and cultivation in the open field during spring, summer, and autumn cycles.
