The curly lettuce type variety is intended for fresh consumption and cultivation in the open field during the spring-summer period. The plant is characterized by uniform development, dark coloration and buttery texture of the leaves, as well as resistance to late bolting under long-day conditions.
The variety has high resistance (HR) to downy mildew (Bremia lactucae, races 16–18, 20–28, 30–32) and Fusarium wilt (Fusarium oxysporum f.sp. lactucae, race 1), as well as intermediate resistance (IR) to lettuce mosaic virus (LMV, race 1).
