The variety Quefir (DIP15379) is an oak leaf type lettuce. The plant forms a neat, balanced rosette of shiny light-green leaves and is characterized by an early maturity period.
The variety is intended for cultivation in the spring, summer, and autumn periods. It possesses high resistance to downy mildew (races Bl:16-36EU or Bl:16-37EU) and lettuce aphid (Nr:0), as well as intermediate resistance to lettuce mosaic virus (LMV1). It demonstrates tolerance to bolting and marginal leaf scorch.
