The vegetation period is 45-55 days. The plant forms an open head with tender, slightly savoyed leaves of a deep red color, transitioning to green at the base, with a yellowish heart.
The variety has resistance to downy mildew (races Bl:16-26, 31, 32EU), Fusarium wilt (Fol:1), lettuce aphid (Nr:0), leaf rot, as well as to bolting and necroses. Suitable for the fresh market, sales in mixes, and processing.
Cultivation is possible in open field, film greenhouses, and hydroponic systems. In technical documentation, it is found under the code name 41-198 RZ.
