The variety belongs to the medium-sized Romaine lettuce type. The size of the mature plant is 29–31 cm. The variety is characterized by slow growth, which allows for the preservation of market quality when grown throughout the entire season under various weather conditions.
The plant possesses high resistance to lettuce downy mildew (Bremia lactucae) races 16–32 and to currant-lettuce aphid (Nasonovia ribisnigri) race 0. In breeding documentation, the variety is also listed under the code E01G.6678.
