The variety belongs to the line with Knox technology, which reduces the rate of cut oxidation, allowing for an extension of the shelf life of the finished product by two or more days without the use of special packaging.
The plant demonstrates good growth rates and maintains the size and shape of the rosette even under conditions of high air temperatures.
