The variety forms a medium-density head and is distinguished by its ability to maintain its marketability in the field for a long time. It is intended for sale on the fresh market and for processing, and is suitable for cultivation during the spring, summer, and autumn periods.
The plant possesses high resistance to downy mildew (Bremia lactucae races 29–36, 38–41), the aphid Nasonovia ribisnigri, the lettuce root aphid Pemphigus bursarius, and tomato bushy stunt virus. Intermediate resistance is noted to lettuce mosaic virus (LMV: 1) and Fusarium wilt (Fol: 1).
