The Krispice variety type forms an open rosette (head) with glossy dark green leaves. The produce is characterized by high uniformity and stability of head weight throughout the season.
The plant is resistant to tip burn and bolting. It possesses resistance to lettuce aphid (Nr: 0), Tomato bushy stunt virus (TBSV), Lettuce mosaic virus (LMV: 1), and downy mildew (races Bl: 16–37 EU).
