The plant is a compact evergreen shrub, reaching 40–50 cm in height and width at maturity. The foliage is aromatic, gray-green in color, and has a fine texture.

The inflorescences have an unusual coloring: from icy-blue buds to pale blue or almost white flowers. The flowering period occurs in mid- to late summer.

The variety is characterized as drought-tolerant after establishment and winter-hardy. It is used for ornamental purposes, including container plantings, creating borders, and garden design, attracting pollinating insects.
