Variety description

The plant is an upright shrub 0.5 to 1.5 meters tall with silvery or grey-green pubescent foliage. Purple-pink flowers reach 7.5 cm in diameter and are situated on dark stems.
The variety has a long flowering period from May until the onset of frost. The plant is characterized by being low-maintenance, resistant to sea spray, and capable of withstanding temperatures down to -20°C.
Used for ornamental purposes to decorate borders, rockeries, group plantings, and is also grown in containers.
