Variety description

The Jester variety is a multi-stemmed shrub 1.5–2.5 meters high and 1.2–1.8 meters wide. The plant has variegated foliage, with bright yellow and red shades appearing on the tips during the cool season.
Flowering and the appearance of decorative bracts occur in late winter and spring. The crop is drought-tolerant, tolerates coastal winds and salt spray, and requires cultivation in well-drained acidic or neutral soils.
