Variety description

The plant forms a compact bush of an upright spreading shape, 35 to 60 cm in height. The foliage is dark green, narrow, with serrated edges. The inflorescences are double, white, with fringed petal tips; the central petals of young flowers and buds may have a light yellow hue.

Flowering occurs from June to August. The variety is a perennial herbaceous long-day plant. To achieve optimal flowering, a cooling period of 8 weeks at a temperature below 7°C is required. Winter hardiness corresponds to USDA zones 5–9; in some cases, zone 4b is mentioned.

The variety is intended for border plantings, mass plantings, container cultivation, and use in cut flowers. Due to its low and compact habit, the plant is resistant to lodging.
