Variety description
10 August 2026
The plant is an evergreen densely branched shrub, reaching 1.5 m in height and 1.8 m in width by five years of age. The silvery-green foliage is retained during the winter period. The flowers have a pleasant fragrance and are colored lavender-pink or purple.
The variety is adapted to hot, dry, and desert conditions, tolerates various soil types, including poor, rocky, and alkaline, provided there is drainage. Winter hardiness corresponds to USDA zones 7B/8A, with the ability to withstand temperature drops down to -12°C. The plant exhibits high resistance to root rot.
The shrub is characterized by a natural crown shape that does not require pruning and is used in landscape design to create hedges, windbreaks, and accent groups in low-water-consumption gardens.
