Variety description

The variety is an evergreen shrub 1.2–1.8 meters in height with a dense crown. The foliage has a silvery-green hue. The plant forms large flowers of a pink-lavender or purple-pink color. The flowering period occurs during the spring-summer and autumn seasons and is often stimulated by atmospheric precipitation or increased air humidity.
The plant possesses high resistance to drought, heat, pests, and diseases, and is also fire-resistant. Winter hardiness of the variety corresponds to USDA zones 8–11 with tolerance to temperatures down to -18°C. The shrub is used in landscape design for creating hedges, privacy screens, or as a specimen plant in xeriscaping conditions. Vegetative propagation is required to maintain varietal characteristics.
