The variety is an LA-hybrid. The flowers are large, 15–20 cm in diameter, and directed upwards. The petal color is bright yellow with a possible greenish tint in the throat and sparse yellow papillae. The nectaries are yellow-green, the pollen is chocolate-brown, and the stigma is pale yellow.

The plant has linear dark green leaves 15–20 cm long and an upright inflorescence. With bulb sizes of 14/16 or 16/18 cm, 2 to 5 flowers are formed on the peduncle.
