The cup-shaped flowers are upward-facing and have a diameter of 12 to 19 cm. The stems are upright and strong, reaching a height of 80 to 120 cm. The leaves are dark green, glossy, linear or lanceolate. From 4 to 12 buds are formed on one stem.

The variety is early-flowering, with a period from planting to flowering of about 80 days. The lily has high winter hardiness, corresponding to USDA zones 3–4. The plant is versatile in use: it is suitable for group plantings, container growing, and use in cut flowers.
