Flowers of the Canberra variety have a diameter of 18–25 cm and are colored an intense pinkish-raspberry with dark speckles, light petal margins, and yellow-green streaks in the center. The petals have wavy edges and slightly recurved tips. The plant's foliage is bright green, and the stem height is from 90 to 110 cm.

The variety belongs to the late-flowering group, with flowering occurring from late July to early September. From 8 buds are formed on a single stem. The plant requires sunny areas without standing water, has medium winter hardiness, and is suitable for cultivation in open field or containers.
