The Carona lily variety belongs to the group of LA hybrids obtained by crossing Lilium longiflorum and Asiatic hybrids. Morphologically, the variety is distinguished by the absence of papillae on the surface of the petals.

The flowers are colored in a blue-pink shade with purple-red speckles. The variety is intended for use in decorative applications and commercial cut flower production.
