The variety is classified as a hybrid of subsection IX, genetically related to Lilium speciosum. The plant forms slender stems 80 to 120 cm in height.

Flowers are large, reaching 150 mm in diameter. Inside, the petals have a bright red-orange color, becoming more intense towards the edges, with characteristic spotting and papillae. The nectaries are colored red-purple, the pollen is red-brown, and the stigma is purple.

The variety has a strong fragrance and blooms from July to August. The plant requires well-drained soils and moderate watering.
