The variety belongs to the Oriental hybrid group. The inner tepals are lilac-pink, transitioning to a more saturated purple-red toward the edges; the flower throat is white. The outer tepals are colored predominantly purple-red.

The flowers have sparse purple speckles. There are no papillae on the tepals.
