The variety belongs to the group of Asiatic hybrids, sometimes classified as an LA-hybrid. The flowers have a deep dark burgundy, almost black color with a purple or cherry tint and contrasting orange stamens.

The stem height is 100–120 cm; they are characterized by lodging resistance. Flowering occurs in June-July. The variety possesses high frost resistance, corresponding to zone 4, and is disease resistant.

The plant is suitable for group plantings, mixed borders, and cut flowers, maintaining its decorative quality in water for up to 14 days. When grown in direct sunlight, the intensity of the petal color may decrease due to fading.
