Variety description

The flowers of the variety are large, 15 to 30 cm in diameter, with a rich purple-red main color, dark spotting, and a greenish throat. A characteristic detail is the pronounced snow-white border along the edge of the slightly curved petals. The variety has an intense fragrance typical for the Oriental hybrid group.
More than 5 flowers usually form on the stem. The plant reaches a height of 90–120 cm depending on growing conditions. Flowering occurs in mid-summer, in the period from July to August.
The variety prefers fertile, well-drained, slightly acidic soils and sunny locations protected from strong wind. It is used for flower bed design and as a cut flower crop.
