The variety Dunes belongs to the LA-hybrid (Longiflorum x Asiatic) group. The petals have a saturated orange color, corresponding to tone N25B on the RHS scale on the inside and shades N25B-N25C on the outside.

The flowers are distinguished by a small amount of spotting and the complete absence of papillae. The nectaries are green, the pollen has a reddish-brown shade, and the stigma is purple.
