The variety belongs to group VIII(a/b) and is classified as an LA-hybrid. The petals have a bright purple-red color, which lightens towards the base and tips to pinkish shades. The flower has no spots or papillae, features green nectaries, orange-yellow pollen, and an orange stigma.

The adult plant reaches a height of 100 to 120 cm and has a strong, stable stem. The flowering period in open field occurs in June-July. The variety prefers sunny, wind-protected sites with slightly acidic soil and possesses high winter hardiness, corresponding to USDA zone 4.
