The Kansas variety belongs to the Asiatic hybrid group. The flowers have a wide cup-shaped form, reach 13–15 cm in diameter, and are distinguished by a cream coloration with broad yellow stripes extending from the center.
The height of the flower stalk is 95–120 cm. The flowering period occurs in July–August. The plant is used in ornamental gardening and for cutting.
