Variety description

The variety belongs to the Asiatic hybrid group. The flowers are large, reaching 10–22 cm in diameter, and have a saturated dark burgundy, almost black color with a velvety texture and contrasting bright orange anthers. The petal edges can be slightly ruffled.
The plant reaches a height of 90–120 cm and has straight, strong, dark-colored stems. The flowering period occurs from June to August. The variety is winter hardy, belongs to USDA hardiness zones 4–5, and is capable of withstanding temperatures down to -25°C…-35°C.
The plant is characterized by resistance to fungal diseases and adverse weather conditions. It is suitable for cultivation in open field and containers, as well as for cut flowers. The plant is toxic to cats.
