The Scipione variety belongs to the LA-hybrid group. The plant reaches a height of 130–140 cm and has dark green lanceolate leaves. The flowers are simple in shape, have a firm texture, a diameter of 15–20 cm, and are lemon-yellow in color. The fragrance is light and delicate. Each peduncle forms 4 to 9 buds.

Flowering occurs in July–August, with a forcing period of 80–90 days. The variety is suitable for cultivation in open field and for use as a cut flower crop. The plant is characterized by resistance to diseases, including leaf scorch, and is frost resistant.
