The variety forms pure white trumpet-shaped flowers and possesses a pleasant fragrance. At least three flowers are formed on a single stem. Plant height varies depending on growing conditions, bulb size, and cultivation method.

The variety is intended for commercial cultivation as a pot plant and for cut flowers. Due to its popularity during the holiday season, the plant is often called the Christmas lily.
