The variety is intended for overseeding on golf courses, in parks and on sports grounds, as well as for rapid soil stabilization. Externally, the plant resembles perennial ryegrass: it has a dark green color, fine leaf texture and high shoot density.

The plant is characterized by rapid germination in 4–7 days and good cold tolerance. A distinctive feature is the "natural transition": in the spring, the variety gradually dies off without creating competition for the main stand during its recovery.
