The variety is intended for lawn establishment and overseeding of existing turfgrass stands. The plant possesses good resistance to trampling and maintains excellent visual characteristics during the winter period.
Distinctive features of the variety are high sward density, moderate leaf fineness, and pronounced resistance to diseases, in particular to rust and Fusarium.
