The variety is characterized by rapid establishment of a dense, dark green turf that retains its aesthetic appeal during the winter period in mild climates. Regrowth rates after mowing are assessed as moderate.

The plant possesses pronounced resistance to rust, red thread, and Helminthosporium. The variety shows good tolerance to heat and drought, as well as high resistance to trampling.

Intended for the creation of sports grounds, football pitches, as well as public and private landscape zones. It can be used both as a monoculture and as part of seed mixtures.
