The variety is intended for use in mixtures for the repair of football fields and playgrounds. It ensures the formation of a dense sward capable of suppressing weed development, in particular Poa annua, due to rapid rooting.

The plant possesses high resistance to mechanical stress and soil salinity. Also, the variety is characterized by moderate resistance to fungal diseases, including Laetisaria fuciformis, and is distinguished by thinner leaves compared to traditional ornamental varieties.
