The variety is intended for creating high-quality lawn cover when sown alone or in grass mixtures. The plant is characterized by rapid rooting and the ability to recover after mechanical stress.

Distinctive morphological features are the fine leaf texture and medium-green shade of the grass stand. High turf density contributes to weed suppression, and the variety itself is adapted to a low cut in the range of 10–40 mm.

The variety regularly undergoes industry tests for resistance to common fungal diseases of lawn grasses, in particular to red thread (Laetisaria fuciformis).
