The variety is characterized by a very high turf density and exceptional leaf fineness. Due to its visual appeal, it is recommended for use in seed mixtures for lawns, sports grounds, and golf courses.

The plant possesses an excellent ability to recover after trampling and intensive wear, and also demonstrates high resistance to rust and Fusarium.
