The variety is intended for landscape use, including sports grounds and park areas. It possesses high wear tolerance and the ability for rapid formation of dense turf, which ensures a decorative appearance under regular mowing.

In the framework of turfgrass trials, the variety is evaluated according to indices of shoot density, overall aesthetic quality, and recovery capacity. The plant morphology is adapted to a low growth type, characteristic of turf crops, in contrast to varieties oriented toward forage mass production.
