The variety has a genetic basis described as a combination of (Lenta x Hora) x Talbot. In terms of maturity, it belongs to the group of mid-late perennial ryegrasses.
The variety was intended for use in pasture and hay grass mixtures. In variety trials of the 1980s, it was evaluated for stability and stem strength indicators.
