The variety is characterized by very rapid growth in the initial development phases, forming seedlings 4–5 days after sowing. The plant is a creeping-type bunchgrass with dark green, short, narrow, lanceolate leaves. The inflorescence is a straight to nodding spike.

Due to a vigorous root system, the variety forms dense turf and a thick sward. The variety possesses high resistance to mechanical stress, exhibits relative tolerance to soil salinity, and can be used both in open sunny areas and under conditions of light shading.
