The variety is intended for the creation of ornamental and functional lawns. It is characterized by dense turf, fine leaves, and a moderate growth rate, which reduces the need for frequent mowing.

The plant possesses resistance to mechanical stress, as well as to pathogens such as red thread and various types of rust. The variety is not a forage type and is used primarily in intensive and extensive landscaping.
