The variety is intended for creating permanent lawns and overseeding on fields with warm-season grasses. It is suitable for use on sports grounds, home lawns, and golf courses. The plants are characterized by a dark green color and a spreading growth habit, which promotes effective turf recovery.

The variety possesses high germination energy and the ability to grow under saline soil and water conditions. The level of endophytes provides additional resistance to insects and stresses. Improved resistance to gray leaf spot, rust, red thread, and brown patch has been recorded.

The plant is characterized by rapid rooting and the ability for prompt regeneration in case of damage. Height parameters depend on the mowing regime adapted for specific sports or decorative purposes.
