The variety is characterized by a deep dark green color, fine leaf texture, and uniform growth. The plant has a compact form and high turf density, tolerating the low mowing height characteristic of cricket pitches and golf courses.
It is distinguished by strong general disease resistance, including leaf spot, Fusarium patch, red thread, brown rust, Pythium root rot, and brown patch. The plants contain endophytes that increase resistance to pests, and they germinate and establish quickly.
Intended for the creation of professional sports surfaces, including stadiums and golf courses, as well as for the renovation of high-traffic lawns. It is used both independently and in mixtures with other grass species and varieties.
