The variety is intended for creating permanent lawns, including golf courses and sports fields, as well as for overseeding areas with dormant bermudagrass. The plant is characterized by more compact dimensions and shorter flag leaves compared to a number of similar varieties.
It belongs to early-maturing varieties with an early onset of the heading phase. It possesses marked resistance to leaf spot and intensive mechanical loads, and exhibits good tolerance to arid conditions. The parental lines were selected with consideration for high seed yield potential.
