The variety is intended for agricultural use in arid regions. Due to the high level of Acremonium lolii (now Epichloë lolii) endophyte content, the variety demonstrated better persistence and stable yield in the summer-autumn period compared to variants with a low infection level.
During the studies, the influence of endophytes, including ergovaline and lolitrem B alkaloids, on the productivity and health of livestock during grazing was examined. The inflorescence emergence time for this variety in the year of sowing is estimated as medium-early.
