The variety belongs to the mid-early maturity group. It is characterized by high disease resistance, drought tolerance, and good overwintering. The green mass of the crop is noted for its high protein content and is used for forage production.

The potential yield of green mass is 40–50 t/ha, dry matter is 9–10 t/ha, and seed yield is 400–500 kg/ha. The variety is intended for use in grass mixtures with perennial grasses for mowing or grazing in regions where alfalfa or clover cultivation is not sufficiently effective.
