The variety is a perennial polycarpic plant with a height of 30 to 100 cm. The stem is branched in the lower part and covered with hairs. Basal leaves are predominantly entire, while stem leaves are 5–7-partite or dissected, smooth on top and pubescent on the underside. The plant forms large pink flowers.
The variety is intended for inclusion in grass mixtures and ecological projects for biodiversity restoration. The plant contains anthocyanins, mucilages, tannins, and essential oils, which determines its use for veterinary purposes. The variety is an effective honey plant and is well adapted to local environmental conditions.
