The variety is a hybrid form of Medinilla. The plant is intended for cultivation in protected ground as a decorative crop.
Plant height when grown in home conditions ranges from 60 to 90 centimeters. A distinctive feature is the high ornamental value and longevity of inflorescences with pale bluish-violet colored flowers.
