Variety description

The plant has a quadrangular stem about 0.5 m high. Leaves are opposite; a feature of the variety is the absence of pubescence on the leaves and stems. Inflorescences consist of small flowers.

Yield of wilted plants is 100–300 c/ha. The essential oil content in the raw material varies from 3.34% to 3.65%, the proportion of menthol in the oil reaches 52–53%. The variety is suitable for mechanized processing and propagation by the method of clonal micropropagation in vitro.
