Variety description

The plant reaches a height of 150–170 cm. In summer, the leaves have a glaucous-green shade; in autumn, they turn bright yellow or orange colors. Flowering lasts from July to October; the inflorescences are yellow-brown panicles.
The variety is classified as winter-hardy (zone 4) and possesses resistance to diseases and pests. It prefers sunny or semi-shaded sites and moist soils; it requires regular watering during the summer period, although it tolerates short-term drought.
Used in landscape design for creating vertical accents; planted singly or in groups. The recommended planting density is about 5–7 plants per square meter.
