Variety description

The variety is a monoecious liana-type plant. A distinctive morphological feature of the fruits is their white color in the immature phase. The source material for breeding was obtained from Nepal, and the variety itself was developed through acclimatization and selection from a germplasm collection.
The plant possesses resistance to most common diseases and pests, but shows sensitivity to soil salinity. In 2023, cases of fruit infestation by Helicoverpa armigera were noted. The productivity of the variety reaches 9.2 kg per plant.
The fruits of the variety are suitable for processing into powder, paste, and dried fruits. Studies show that the powder from the fruits of this variety contains high levels of sugars and carbohydrates.
